Dr Rick Meyers grew up in a suburb of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He is naturally a Pittsburgh Steeler fan. Dr Rick graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Pittsburgh. He attended dental school at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. After receiving his doctorate, and driven by his love for children, he continued his post-doctoral education and specialized in pediatric dentistry. He is proud to call his wife Holly his best friend (24 years and counting). They have three awesome children Katie, Corey, and Cameron. He has been a dentist since 1986 and at this location for 22 years. He really enjoys any kind of sport whether it's watching, coaching or playing.
He is a member of several professional organizations including: The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, The American Dental Association, the Arizona Dental Association, the Central Arizona Dental Association, and the Arizona Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Rick continues to be voted by other dentists as a Phoenix Magazine Top Dentist.
Ann Wan
Ann is our Dental Hygienist , and has been with us since 1992. She received her Dental hygiene degree from the University of Hawaii in 1991. She is married to her husband John and has two active children, Andrew and Nicole, who keep her on her toes. She really enjoys reading, and is our resident Harry Potter buff.
Adrianne Belcher
Adrianne is the baby of the practice. She just joined us in August 2006. She started as a patient at age four, and has been interested in the dental field since high school. She comes from a large family and still has little brothers and sisters who visit us regularly. Adrianne and Nick were recently married in October of 2010. She is one of Dr. Rick’s chairside assistants.
Jackie McLaren
Jackie has been watching the practice grow since 1991. She and Gary have two grown children, Chandra and Chad and two grand children, Elliott and Ethan who are the light of their lives. Jackie maintains the day to day operation of the practice as our office manager.
Julie Weatherford
Julie joined the Wee Care team in June 2000. She has been in the dental field for over 15 years. She has two wonderful children, Justin and Jessica, and her dog, Buster, who is in charge of them all. We lovingly refer to Julie as the front desk GODDESS!
Gary McLaren
Gary came to us in April 2005. He retired from management at Fed Ex and after 25 years thought he was going to live a life of leisure, but his wife Jackie had different plans for him. He now works with Julie in the front office. (He admits that he will never attain goddess status).
